Zenith by Amber is a newly launched residential project in Dubai International City. This 18-storey high-rise building will have a basement, ground floor, three podium levels and 14 residential floors. Developed by Amber Development in collaboration with its affiliated design firm Art of Amber, the building will showcase a distinctive façade while the structure will be designed to maximise natural light and privacy. Key features of the building will include a pool, fitness centre, squash court, kids’ play area and steam room. It will be strategically located close to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), providing easy connectivity to the central city.
