Vision Simplex is a newly launched mixed-use off-plan development by Binghatti Developers. It is one of the iconic luxury towers in the master project, Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City in Meydan. Planned as a large-scale vertical destination, it will feature residential apartments with ground-floor retail, forming a self-contained environment within a growing urban district. The development plan features a clear tower layout that promotes easy movement and convenient parking access. Its overall configuration includes basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and five dedicated parking floors, followed by residential levels, mechanical floors and rooftop sections. In total, the project will comprise 2,208 residential units and 34 retail shops on the ground floor, contributing to everyday convenience for residents and visitors. Vision Simplex will comprise two residential towers. The residential mix planned for Vision Simplex Tower A and B includes 1,440 studio apartments, 520 one-bedroom units and 248 two-bedroom units, catering to a range of living requirements. Vision Simplex Tower A Vision Simplex Tower A is planned with 35 residential floors, supported by two mechanical rooms and a roof level. Luxury residences will feature functional layouts and premium finishes. Shared amenities for residents will include a swimming pool, gym and children’s play area. Vision Simplex Tower B The second block in Vision Simplex Tower will include 29 residential floors, two mechanical floors and a roof. Vision Simplex Tower B will also feature a selection of residential units with spacious layouts and functional designs. It is planned to support an organised and balanced living environment, with access to similar leisure and wellness facilities such as a swimming pool, gym and children’s play area.
