The Residences DIFC Zabeel Tower 1 will be an off-plan residential tower within the DIFC Zabeel District masterplan in Dubai. The project by DIFC will feature a collection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments along with duplex penthouses, catering to different requirements within this mixed-use district. The tower will offer panoramic skyline views, giving residents a clear outlook over the surrounding city. Moreover, several recreational amenities including green walkways, pools and fitness spaces, along with padel and squash courts, retail spaces and F&B outlets are part of the project’s plan. The tower will be strategically positioned enabling direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11).
